MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT
Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini has established and keeps updated the Quality Management System Certifications and the Environmental Certification, according to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
The production is managed and guaranteed by the ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system which certifies the design, management, production and sales standards at an international level.
The environmental management system complies with the ISO 14001:2015 standard and aims to ensure compliance with the requirements and high environmental sustainability, thanks to the preference for technical solutions and materials with low environmental impact.
Particular attention is paid to the correct management and constant monitoring of all activities and processes that impact on issues relating to the continuous training and professional growth of its employees and suppliers.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini S.p.A. undertakes towards all stakeholders (internal and external) to establish collaborative relationships (professional and non-professional) in order to ensure:
– satisfaction with its Social Accountability Management System (SGRS);
– the Continuous Improvement of the Effectiveness of its SGRS through the definition of this Policy and the Annual Objectives for Social Responsibility.
Regarding the principles of work ethics, Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini S.p.A. undertakes to comply with all current national legislation, conventions, recommendations of the ILO and the ONU on Social Accountability and with all the requirements of the Standard SA8000:2014:

Management and all Company Managers are required to disclose and activate the provisions of this Policy, undertaking to make it understandable to all collaborators and supporting its application with the utmost commitment through adequate training, informative and involvement moments.

Given this, we expect all our employees, collaborators and business partners, in their daily activities and regardless of the role held and their nationality, to act in compliance with these values. In accordance with LegislativeDecree 24/2023, Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini S.p.a. has established a reporting channel that can allow the fears connected to any suspicious conduct to be voiced, guaranteeing the confidentiality and anonymity of the “whistleblowing”.
